Fasting + Stem cells

Eat only fat during fasting will not increase your insulin levels and autophagy would stay on.

Eating within 6-8 hours in a day helps liver and other organs perform their maintenance works and leads to disease free life.

Dinner should be complete by 5pm to 6 pm, this single step is an important step in over all health. Donot eat anything after dinner. Walk for 10-30 mins post dinner.

  2. Put more stem cells in circulation.
    • Intense Physical acitivity to the point of soreness.
      • Get sore 2-3 times a week.
      • Micro lesions and micro injury insude more stem cells in circulation.
    • Diet 
      • Put a lot of colored vegetables in your diet.
      • Dark green, purple, blue, red, yellow etc.
      • Polyphelons suppress systemic inflamation.
      • Circumin suppresses systemic inflamation and create a better environment for stem cells to function in the body.
  3. Dont drink smoke.
    • Alcohol and cigrattes suppress the function of stem cells.
  4. Deep sleep supports the ability to repair.
    • Dont eat too late before bed.
    • Dont engage in heated or big discussions before going to bed
    • Dont watch news or disturbing content before bed.
    • Make sure you sleep in place where you are not going to be disturbed by noise or light.
