Eating Fruits

 eating 1-2 seassonal fruits a day is good for intestines.

it add to variety of food and supplies things which may not be present in other foods and vegetables.

it is always important to have as much variety in food as possible.


if diabetic then make sure to walk a little after eating fruits and restrict them to 1 fruit.

Breathing and Humming

Breathing is information for mind. Slow deep breathing is needed.

Humming for 10 mins for 3-4 times daily increases nitric oxide, 

reduces blood pressure, 

clams the mind, 

improves over all health

and improve ringing in the ear.

Sugar damages joints and bone spurs.

Excess sugar which our cells cannot absorb will sit in the place between cells and blood vessels.

This excess sugar will stick to proteins and the most abundant protein is collagen.

This damages the collagen and when immune cells come to repair the collagen, it used calcium to do that.

This leads to formation of bone spurs and joints start to hurt.

In just 7-10 days of reducing or avoiding sugar and carb rich food, this sugar sticking to proteins will come out along with the water and the joints will start to feel better.

Fasting + Stem cells

Eat only fat during fasting will not increase your insulin levels and autophagy would stay on.

Eating within 6-8 hours in a day helps liver and other organs perform their maintenance works and leads to disease free life.

Must not eat more than twice daily. This is the primary sin of modern age.
Donot overload stomach and digestive organs by giving it work constantly.

FASTING
during ekadashi take 24-36 hr fasting every fortnight (14 days) or twice monthly.
fasting is majorly important for improving every cell in the body.

Eat a good breakfast and then fast for rest of days for 2-3 months.

Meditate

take up muscule building exercises
