shri rameshwar

Shri Rama establishing Rameshwar Jyotirlingam!

Shri Rama and Lord Shiva

Om Ramay Namah!
Om Namah Shivay!

Only Rama is such lord who loves to give matchless glory to his devotees like Shiva, Hanuman, Lakshman, Bharata etc and sometimes he becomes so pleased that he makes his devotees god.

Lord Shiva got his Shiva-Padam just by the minuscule size effect of the supremely gracious Rama Nama (Shri Rama). - Linga PuraaNa

There are three kind of Samaas in the word "Rameshavar".
They are 1) Bahurvrihi 2) Tatpurusa and 3) Karmdharay

As per Bahuvrihi Samaas:
1. रामेश्वर: = राम: इश्वरो यस्य स: रामेश्वर: |
Rameshavarah = Ramah Ishvaro Yasya Sah Rameshvarah |
Means: Rama is lord of whom is Rameshavara i.e. Shiva.

However the same word Rameshavar in Tatpurusa Samas can be interpreted as:
2. रामेश्वर: = रामस्य ईश्वरः यः सः रामेश्वर: |
Rameshavarah = Ramasya Ishvarah: yah sah Rameshavarah |
Means: The lord of Rama is the one who is known as Rameshavarah i.e. Shiva.

Again, Devas explained the same word in the supreme glory of lord Rama.
As per Karmdhaaray Samaas
3. रामेश्वर: = रामश्चासौ ईश्वर:
Rameshavarah = Ramashchaasau Ishavarah
Means: The Ishvara who has pervaded all inanimate and animate world is Rama. The omnipresent God Rama.

Here the first and third interpretations are completely in accordance to Vedas and Vedavatar Valmiki RamayaNa as there is none who is Ishvara (lord) of Rama and in spiritual matters, only those interpretations are valid ones which are done in light of Vedavatar Valmiki RamayaNa and Vedas. still interpretation in case 2 can be also valid, but only in sense of Rama's supreme grace on his devotees, Rama is the lord who sometimes loves and gives respect to his devotee Shiva as like his lord. Such is the relation of Bhakta and Bhagavan.

So, Perfection in love for his devotees, can be seen in lord Rama alone.
